For 70 years, the old pensioners' hut was the heartbeat of Lowton. When the roof finally gave way, we promised to honor that legacy by building something even stronger.
It took 80 tonnes of grit to turn a ruin into a high-standard kitchen. By building with recycled containers, we’re showing Lowton’s youth that you can create a masterpiece from what others have cast aside.

We’ve designed the Dojo as a high-energy pickup hub. While we have a compact indoor space for you to stay warm while your pizza is fire-fired, our real heart is the Outdoor Courtyard. It’s a welcoming, industrial-style space perfect for those who can’t wait to get their slice home. Soak in the vibe, meet the trainees, and enjoy your pizza fresh off the stone.
